Legal Timber Procurement
The first step in our production process is the legal procurement of timber. To ensure that our raw materials are sourced from legal origins, we work with sawmill manufacturers that produce from logs supplied by the General Directorate of Forestry and other legal sources within the country. This supply chain aims to protect the sustainability of our forests and prevent damage to natural habitats. By sourcing wood legally, we contribute to the continuity of ecosystems while preventing the degradation of forest areas. We maintain a transparent and traceable partnership with all our suppliers, conducting an environmentally conscious production process.
Wood Drying
The produced wood is subjected to special drying processes to reduce moisture content to appropriate levels. In accordance with the ISPM 15 standard, our pallets are heat-treated. This process ensures the elimination of harmful organisms within the wood, making the pallets suitable for international trade. Thus, we prevent any health or safety issues during the global circulation of our products.
Wood Processing and International Standards
The wood is cut into specific dimensions and divided into necessary parts for pallet production. For Euro pallet products, classification is done according to EPAL (European Pallet Association) standards. The fasteners used in the production process are sourced from manufacturers with EPAL certification. As a result, the pallets we produce are high in load-bearing capacity, safe, and durable. The EPAL certification guarantees the reliability and international standard compliance of our products to our customers.
Assembly and Joining

Additionally, with the Zero Waste Certificate, we demonstrate our commitment to waste management and environmental protection. Through the Wood Packaging Material Marking Certificate, we ensure compliance with international trade rules in our production processes, and with the Environmental Permit and License Certificates, we fulfill our environmental responsibilities. Storage and Transportation
Completed pallets are stored under appropriate conditions. All necessary measures are taken in the storage areas to protect the pallets from moisture and prevent damage. According to customer orders, the pallets are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. During the transportation process, we take all precautions to ensure the safe delivery of the pallets and to prevent external contamination.
